These terms govern use of https://buildstreamgrid.digital and paid merchandising readings offered by Buildstreamgrid. By browsing the site or confirming a reading by email, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site and do not commission a reading.

Who we are

Buildstreamgrid provides human merchandising readings of live catalogs, with an optional local data tracking utility described only as record-keeping software. Buildstreamgrid is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform.

Informational site

Pages describe services and rates for information. They do not form a contract until both parties confirm scope and fee in email. This website does not process payments or host checkout.

Readings

A reading is professional commentary on merchandising, conversion paths, basket composition, category mix, or seasonal calendars. Deliverables are written dossiers and scheduled readouts. We do not implement theme code, buy media, hold customer funds, access private keys, or execute transactions of any kind.

Your materials

You warrant that storefronts, calendars, and exports you send are yours to share. You must strip personal contact fields from order files. We may refuse or delete files that still contain names, emails, or addresses.

Intellectual property

You keep rights in your catalog, photographs, and data. Buildstreamgrid keeps rights in dossier structure, methods, and unbranded examples. Upon full payment you receive a licence to use the delivered dossier inside your organisation. You may not resell the dossier as a template for other shops.

Site content

Text, layout, and original graphics on this website are owned by Buildstreamgrid or used under licence. You may not copy them to offer competing readings. Third-party marks, including Binance® and MARVEL, remain with their owners and appear only as required for compatibility or informational notices.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to scrape, overload, or misrepresent affiliation with Buildstreamgrid, Binance Holdings Ltd., Marvel Characters, Inc., Marvel Entertainment, LLC, or The Walt Disney Company.

Liability

Dossiers are opinions based on pages and files available at the time of the walk. Catalog performance depends on stock, photography, fulfilment, and decisions you make after the readout. To the extent allowed by law, Buildstreamgrid is not liable for lost sales, returns, or indirect loss. Our aggregate liability for a reading is limited to the fee paid for that reading.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (GE). Courts of Georgia (GE) have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version at this URL. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised text.
