What we collect

The website does not use lead-generation forms. If you email us, we process the address and content you send (for example a storefront URL). If you telephone, we process the number and notes needed to schedule a readout. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and requested URL for security and diagnostics. Order-line files

Basket studies require SKU-level exports without customer names, emails, or addresses. If a file still contains personal data, we delete it and ask for a stripped file. We do not use order lines to profile individuals.

Purposes and legal bases

We process email and phone details to reply, contract, and deliver a reading (performance of a contract or steps prior to contract). We keep invoices where tax law requires. Logs and essential cookies support a legitimate interest in running a secure site. Analytics cookies run only with consent.

Retention
