What you receive
A written conversion path dossier: annotated screenshots of live pages, a map of drop-off language and layout, and a ranked list of merchandising changes (copy, imagery, bundling, and page order) you can brief to your own team.
Scope
One storefront (or one major category within a storefront) in a single language. We read the live catalog as a shopper would: listing, product page, add-to-basket, cart, and checkout summary. We do not rebuild pages or install tracking pixels.

- Shopper walk of listing, product, cart, and checkout using the live site
- Notes on hero SKU crowding, missing size/color proof, and basket prompts that appear too late
- Written dossier (PDF) plus a 90-minute readout
- One round of written questions after delivery
Not included
- Paid media buying, pixel installation, or access to advertising accounts
- Theme or checkout code changes
- Ongoing weekly retainers unless separately agreed
- Interpretation of payment processor or banking statements
Who does the work
Readings are led by a merchandiser at Buildstreamgrid, with a second reader checking the dossier before it is sent.
How the work runs
- You send the storefront URL, the category to privilege, and a list of SKUs you consider heroes.
- We shop the live path on desktop and a mid-size phone, capturing each step.
- We draft the dossier and send it 48 hours before the readout.
- We meet for ninety minutes to walk the ranked changes and what we would leave alone.
Timing
Ten business days from kickoff to readout, for one language and one category.

What to prepare
Share staff-facing notes on known outages, current promotions, and any SKU you do not want mentioned in the dossier.
Limits
We cannot read password-gated wholesale portals without a guest login you provide. Flash sales that end mid-engagement will be noted as a limitation.
Fee basis
